Ian Bullock

I am Ian Bullock. I work for Life Science Global Services and my current position is Global Operation Manager.  In his role as a Global Operations Manager, Ian has successfully led 4 significant global projects which all have linkages to growing our operating profit margin and driving sales growth for the Life Sciences business. Leading improvement efforts in both Implementation handbook & QMS audit processes enabled him to utilize lean as well as his influencing skill to collaborate with some very talented people across business cultures and have a deeper understanding of customer CTQ’s.  

In his role as a Lean Leader, Ian completed an excellent year, by completing his customer impact review & achieving black belt certification. His boundaryless collaboration skills showcased his inclusive skills across multiple business functions. I think his most impressive accomplishment was his expertise of lean skills which allowed him to mentor & coach his peers towards success.  Ian’s rating is reflective of his new role/increase in band. His prior manager rated Ian as Role Model in an LP role.

I currently serve as the Kappa League Junior Class Advisor.
